Job Descriptions

  • Elevate Your Career in Aesthetic & Wellness Medicine

The Retreat Aesthetic & Vitality Center is a physician-owned, state-of-the-art medical spa redefining what modern aesthetic and wellness care should feel like. Every aspect of our practice is built around one principle: elevated care—elevated medicine, elevated planning, elevated experience, and elevated outcomes.

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who operates with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence—someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

    The Role

This is not a routine medical assistant position. At The Retreat, you are an integral part of the patient journey—supporting providers, anticipating needs, and helping create a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to follow-up.

You will work alongside expert providers in aesthetics and wellness, supporting treatments that are thoughtful, personalized, and rooted in long-term outcomes—not trends.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Greet and room patients with confidence and professionalism, setting the tone for a refined, elevated patient experience

    • Maintain pristine, organized treatment environments that reflect The Retreat’s elevated standards before and after each patient visit

    • Accurately reconstitute and draw up Botox, prepare dermal fillers, and assemble all procedural supplies with precision and attention to detail

    • Assist providers during aesthetic procedures with a high level of awareness—anticipating needs and supporting a smooth, uninterrupted workflow

    • Accurately capture patient histories, vitals, and documentation within EMR

    • Educate patients on treatment plans, cost and post-care with clarity and confidence

    • Manage inventory and ensure clinical readiness at all times

    • Sterilize instruments and uphold strict safety and compliance protocols

    • Contribute to a smooth, coordinated daily flow across clinical and front-of-house operations

    • Operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-performing clinic while maintaining composure, accuracy, and consistency in patient care

    Qualifications

    • Current Medical Assistant certification required

    • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical high-volume clinical environment strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated ability to perform with precision and professionalism with efficiency in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting

    • Strong team presence with a commitment to excellence and a consistently elevated standard of service

    • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and execute at a high level

    What Sets You Apart

    • You take pride in precision, consistency, and doing things the right way—every time

    • You anticipate provider and patient needs without being asked

    • You thrive in high-performance environments and hold yourself to a higher standard

    • You contribute to an experience that feels intentional, seamless, and elevated—not transactional

    What You’ll Gain

    • The opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding, physician-led practice

    • Hands-on exposure to advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments

    • A collaborative, high-performing team environment

    • A role that is both clinically engaging and professionally rewarding
